Aristocratic Line
The knives in the Aristocratic Line are our most exclusive knives. Offering even more layers of Damascus steel, an even more ergonomic handle, even higher quality wood, and even more extravagant materials, these knives ensure maximum satisfaction while cooking.
The handle made of desert ironwood symbolizes the desert. The counterpoint is the abalone shell, which comes from the depths of the sea. The Aristocratic Line is rounded off with the hand-hammered blade, which not only prevents the cut material from sticking, but also symbolizes the night that engulfs the sea and the desert.
The 89 layers of Damascus steel are a true eye-catcher. The Aristocratic Line is exceptionally durable and stable from the core to the outside, as the steel has been treated under vacuum at 1100 °C. This enables an extremely high degree of hardness of 61 ± 1 HRC. In addition, the blade maintains its sharpness for a particularly long time, as each knife is quenched at -180 °C.
